We’re excited to share that Teo Express has officially rebranded to GentleHelp
It’s a new name that better reflects who we are — a domestic help agency built on trust, care, and long-term partnerships. While our brand is evolving, everything that matters most remains the same: the same owners, the same team, and the same office you’ve always known.
If your helper has already started work with you, or if you’ve already confirmed a helper through us, there’s no change to your current arrangement.
All existing agreements, deposits, and terms remain fully valid.
Our team continues to provide the same dedicated support — with even greater focus on care, transparency, and long-term success for your household.
If you’re currently exploring helper options with us, you’ll now be served under the GentleHelp brand.
As part of this transition, we’ve introduced our new GentleHelp packages (available on our website), designed to offer better value and enhanced guidance for both employers and helpers.
Our goal remains unchanged: to make hiring a helper a smoother, more supported experience — for families and helpers alike.
Domestic work is essential in Singapore, yet the sector faces deep systemic challenges. Despite playing a vital role in enabling families to balance work, caregiving, and rest, both employers and helpers often struggle with mismatched expectations, unclear communication, and limited long-term support.
With GentleHelp, we’re determined to be part of the solution — building a fairer, more transparent, and more human-centered approach to domestic employment.
We prioritise fairness for both employers and helpers, fostering relationships built on empathy and respect.
Rather than leaning “pro-helper” or “pro-employer,” we stay neutral — focusing on facts, understanding both perspectives, and working towards fair, sustainable solutions for everyone involved.
We equip employers with clear frameworks and best practices to avoid common pitfalls and build lasting arrangements.
Through our educational videos on Instagram and Facebook, we share practical tips on interviewing, onboarding, and managing helpers effectively.
Our guidebooks provide step-by-step guidance so families can hire confidently and nurture positive, long-term relationships.
We’ve partnered with Aidha, Singapore’s leading non-profit dedicated to empowering foreign domestic helpers through financial education and skills-building.
This collaboration combines GentleHelp’s reach and engagement with Aidha’s expertise in financial literacy and personal growth — helping helpers not just work better, but live better.
Our brandmark, inspired by the Chinese clover knot, symbolizes unity and harmony. The four knots represent the close relationship between employers, helpers, the agency, and our wider ecosystem of partners.
Though these relationships may not always be seamless, our role is to strengthen them with empathy, balance, and dignity.
We’re proud to collaborate with trusted partners who share our values:
Rebranding is more than a name change — it’s a renewed promise.
As GentleHelp, we remain committed to bringing fairness, structure, and empathy to a challenging but essential industry. We believe that with better understanding and support, domestic work can become more sustainable, respectful, and rewarding for everyone involved.
Thank you for being part of this next chapter with us.
